  • Where is your office located?
    At this time all sessions will be conducted virtually.
  • Can I have an in person session?
    In person sessions are available but upon request and suitable accommodation in a community setting.
  • What states are available for your services?
    I am currently licensed in North Carolina and Texas.
  • Do you ONLY take insurance?
    No, We accept most major insurances and we also take self-pay clients as well. (prices may vary and will be shared during consultation)
  • What do I do if I have an emergency after hours?
    Call your first responders and/or 911, Crisis Line
  • What if I need more support?
    Please see the additional resources page.
  • What are your office hours?
    Sessions are available from 9a-7p Monday thru Friday, weekend sessions are limited.
  • What virtual platform will be used?
    The sessions will be used on Simple Practice, through apps or the website.
  • Do you provide faith based practices?
    Faith based practices are provided based on the client's preference.
  • How long are sessions?
    Individual sessions are available as the following: 30mins, 45 mins, 60 mins; Family sessions: 60mins, 90mins (prices vary based on the time of session)
  • How to book an initial consultation?
    The process will start with emailing info@imprintsbyjazz.com, providing a brief summary of concerns/stressors for the services requested.
  • What will happen after consultation?
    After consultation, a decision will be made if services can be rendered or if a referral is more suitable for the client’s needs.
  • How long does therapy last?
    Therapy is based on each client’s need, progress will be assessed every 30 days.
